The arena's lights turned off and green fireworks go off behind the ramp.

Kage stood out after the fireworks ended and slowly made his way down the ramp towards the ring. (How's that?)

Metalingus plays and Edge walks out from the back. He gets to the edge of the ramp and strikes a pose as the fireworks go off. He goes to the ring and immediately starts kicking Kage.

Edge looks at the Titantron and lets go of Kage, ducking the chair shot. He kicks Bo and takes the chair. Edge hits Bo and then Kage on the head.

Triple H walked out as two paramedics ran down the ring and took Kage away, Triple H took his mic and said "The fans should not be disapointed, Kage is replaced with Bo"

Edge gets hit the leg drop and rolls out of the ring. He sneakily reaches under and grabs a kendo stick and hammer (( hammer, not sludge hammer))
