No, Cloudcrane. It's randomly generated on the shores of the Lake. Just circle the border of the Lake, and you should find it.

Flicker, I recommend talking to Brodie on the far East side of the Beach. He'll give you a repeatable quest which allows you to defeat 10-20 Anchor Bugs. That's a good start. Keep doing that and kill bugs on the Boardwalk. They're much weaker than the ones on Gold Beach. I'd also recommend working with a few people here and there, if you think you're too weak for them. That's where I went when I was your CL.
When you're around CL 6, I think you can go to the Aqueduct. You can get a good number of orbs there.

Is the Peter quest still glitched despite the update? George is giving me the silent treatment, and I was wondering if it was just me.

Gah, yeah. The Peter quest is still broken for me.
I wanted to farm with a few clan members, but there's yet another glitch that says I'm in no clan. stressed And when I whisper, they're offline. gonk I'm alone... D:

Kill Lorelei in the Northeast, get Marshall, and he'll open up the passageway in the Northwest after you defeat Lorelei's servants or whatever.
