I had a thought about this topic for a while and relized it would make the sereitei alote safer if there was a ninja backup sorce.A squad os soul reaper-ninjas that came when needid.They belong to no particuler squad,just if there is an ambush in the sereitei then they coem and help.
And all captains are to take at least 2-3 of them when in teh human world in case of attack.

Yes but the dear captain of that squad is to busy.She runs her own clan.
and she is a very dear friend of mine so i will not bug her with this.

Well there are only 3 squads left that need to be taken.And we do need more people,thats why i say if you have friends that know both animes ask them to join.And we need a way to brodcast our guild.Im still thinking of ideas.

There has been improvement on this topic.
Ghost ninjas,they belong to no perticuler squad.
(no there not the punishment force,squad 2)
If assistance is needed call on them and they will help,there are 520 of them,40 to each squad.Who commands them is still being worked on.
It cant be a squad captain cause they go to no squad in particuler.So if back up in the real world of huco mundo is needed call on them.

haha how silly. why woul you be mad about that? aren't you aiming to defeat cross? BEsides he was quite new and is fortunate that cross was willing to teach a him a thing or two before he gets a little off topic or godly. he's simply in my eyes trying his best or kissing a**. either way as long he gets the hang of things here there isn't really much of an issue there. the real issue i suppose is simply getting more people to join this guild.

Tetsy theres no need to get mad,i was just doing what Val said,i was makeing sure he knew the ropes and his posision as captain to squad 8.No need to worry.
