Just to let the guild populace know, this particular forum is where you can post the works that have inspired you. To be more specific, these are works that don't belong to you that aren't posted elsewhere in the guild. People who aren't on Gaia are the ones I'd stick to.
Everything everywhere else in the guild still applies here: rules, guidelines, setup, etc... Make the post that the work is in a different style from all other posts in the thread. What I would find easier is to just post links to where the work is so you don't have to go through the trouble of re-writing the whole thing. Some inspirations are really long and can't be copied and pasted.
Above all, and this is of the HIGHEST priority: GIVE CREDIT TO THE ORIGINAL WRITER!!!! If you don't know who the writer was, please put either "Anonymus" or "I don't know/remember the original author's name". If it's someone that's if-y about their works being posted elsewhere, please ask for permission before posting. If it's something you found in a book, article, or the author has..... passed on, I don't think you need to ask for permission. Otherwise, please, please PLEASE ask the author.
