The southernmost area of the Dark City is where the residential districts are focused. This region of the city is lined with building after building with absolutely nothing in them, no pun intended. Some buildings, random ones scattered across this district, are lightly populated by Nobodies, but they only seem to show up when enemies do. Other than that, the powerful Nobodies who maintain their human form but don't join the Organization, otherwise known as Renegades, inhabit the area.

Renegades are usually a skiddish lot however, and very few of them have any means to defend themselves. They are classified as civilian Nobodies, and usually stay in their homes unless they need something, for fear of the legions of Heartless that lurk in the city streets.
