This is one of the two puzzles I still haven't solved from The Unknown. The number at the bottom of the coin relates to jekyll island, and the dollar bill seems to suggest that's on the right track.
I've just realised that The-Unknown-puzzles are not a perfect reconstruction of what they originally were. There are no "close, but not quite" answers for some of the puzzles. The hint is given whether or not you are on the right track. So Jekyll Island could be wrong. But the spanish coin, dollar sign and the number suggest that it is.
