To submit your profile CAREFULLY read over the character creation rules. Make sure that if you want to get this done right on your first try you read as many, if not all of the guild mechanics in the rules sub-forum and powers sub-forum as possible.
I know it's a lot, but a firm understanding of the game will help you GREATLY to make a character you'll love and want to stick with more likely.
Now then, to start a character submission follow one of the "accepted" profiles. Accepted profiles are turned into stickies and locked, meaning only mods can alter them. To get your profile altered with updates (spending power points, increase in PL, etc) you may put a request in the "update request thread" on the front page.
Once your profile has been made as a normal thread wait until it's accepted (PM a mod when it's ready for review) and turned into a sticky before beginning to role play.
