...this RP takes place in Rivendell sometime when Estel (Aragorn) was a teenager. Canon characters living in Rivendell:
Elrond
Celebrian
Elladan
Elrohir
Arwen
Estel
Characters who may also turn up:
Legolas
Gandalf
Radagast
In addition you may make a new character if you like. The new character must be an elf or one of the Dunedain. To reserve a canon character just posting the name is enough, for new characters fill in this:
Name:
Gender:
Race:
Age:
Position in the household:
Relationships to other characters (cannot contradict canon, also no secret mistresses or anything, these are Tolkien elves they have morals and are boring):
Personality:
Magical powers if any (only for elves of ancient lineage):
Oh and I play Elrond. Because I wanna.

Ok we can start now. --- Elrond got up early that morning. He'd had a dream that might or might not signify something, and he wanted to study the dreamlore in his library to determine its meaning. He left Celebrian sleeping peacefully in their bed, taking a moment to look at her sweet features. He dressed in a purple robe and closed the door slowly so as not to wake her with the noise, and walked towards his library.

Arwen opened the curtains of her bedroom window and looked out. It seemed to be a beautiful day, the sun was shining and birds were making their sweet music in the branches. She went to her wardrobe and selected a green dress to wear, dressed herself and started combing her long raven-black hair. When she was done she put a slim silver circlet on her head, and dabbed scented oil on her neck. She pulled on her soft slippers and left her room, going downstairs for breakfast.

Estel woke early in the morning. Even though it has been ten years since his father was killed by orcs, the vision of his mother weeping after hearing the death of her husband was still fresh in his mind.

Elrond entered his library and took a large scroll from one of the shelves. He started studying the Quenyan script. After a while he took some empty parchment and started making notes of what he read. Then he took a heavy book and compared the notes with what was written there.

Still thinking of the dream, Estel headed to the library. He thought If master Elrond is there, maybe he could have a lesson on the history of Numënore. He started walking.

Arwen met Estel in the corridor. "Good morning, Estel. Did you sleep well?" She asked the young dunadan. She felt sorry for the lad because he had lost his parents, and did her best to make him feel at home.

Estel was shocked. it wasn't the first time he saw Arwen, but he was still amazed by her beauty. "Yes, I slept well", he said, lying, "and it is a good morning out, indeed." Estel continued to walk past her toward the library, slightly dazed.
((sorry I havn't replied for a while. I was on spring break.))
