My definition of complex is different, as I have different skill sets. I will tell you if I think your custom is complex.
I am qualified for lineart edits - within limits. If your edits are beyond simple, check with me - I'm usually willing to at least try, but there are a few things I know are beyond my capabilities.
If your custom inspires me, or I feel it is missing something, I may add something. I will check with you before finalizing the change, however.
Other wacky things may happen as I am a fount of evil ideas. I will ALWAYS check with you before implementing, or at least finalizing, them.
