This was once the room of the Organization's number XI, Marluxia. He was Xemnas' right-hand man and overseer of the Organization when Xemnas was away. He was also the one who couldn't bear being second in line, and thusly began to plan an Organization rebelion. To help him and serve as his right-hand Nobody, Marluxia chose Larxene to overthrow the group alongside him. Eventually, he allowed Axel to join his efforts as well.
To gain the power to knock Xemnas off his throne, Marluxia thought it necessary to take the power of the Keyblade and use it for his own purposes. But he had no way of doing so. In entered Namine, whose unique ability to disassemble memories proved invaluable to Marluxia. He took Namine captive, and forced her to rewrite Sora's memory so he became her puppet. The plan was to use Namine and Sora together to overthrow the Organization. But things didn't go exactly as Marluxia had hoped.
Vexen caught on, and began to act against Marluxia's interest, to which he replied by having Axel destroy Vexen. Then Sora eliminated Larxene, leaving just Axel and Marluxia to complete his conquest. Then Axel set Namine free, and turned on Marluxia. Marluxia used Namine as a shield in order to turn a furious Sora against Axel. Marluxia later met his end at the hands of Sora.
His room is very elaborate and overdone. His bed is elevated on circular stairs, and covered by a transparent pink veil. There are a few windows, all of which have some form of flower growing from a pot in the sill. He keeps a bed of petals next to his own bed, and that is where he places his scythe when he isn't using it.
