Formerly the room of number VIII, Axel. Long considered the Organization's oddball, Axel has been an enigmatic thorn in Xemnas' side since he returned from Castle Oblivion.
While stationed in Castle Oblivion, Axel caught wind of Marluxia and Larxene's plans to otherthrow the Organization. He decided to put an end to them, and began to get closer to Marluxia, eventually becoming his yes-man. Axel went to extremes to make sure neither Marluxia, nor Larxene suspected him of double-crossing them, including eliminate Vexen on Marluxia's command.
After tricking the Riku Replica into eliminating Zexion, Axel returned to the Castle That Never Was and was detained from taking action unless directly ordered by Xemnas. But of course, the rebelious Nobody acted on his own, kidnapping Kairi and trying to turn Sora into a Heartless. He was finally eliminated when he turned his body into a bomb to destroy a legion of Dusks.
Axel's room is basic, with a window that provides a view of the Alter of Naught, and a bed with dark red blankets with flame patterns. On the wall are two pegs on which he hung his Chakrams.
