Dawn was approaching fast, and Circe was on the move, following a small family of deer, they looked lean, but if she could catch at least two she would be set for a week. She hid in the tall grass and eyed the stag, he would be the hardest to take down. If she could get him out of the way, she could work on the doe, and then down to the fawn who looked to only be weeks old. She focused, taking notes on any movement they made, quickly and quietly following each movement. And right at the moment sprang, so did she. Her claws into the stags neck, flapped her wings a little to keep leverage over him and sunk her teeth into his neck. She missed her mark, pulled her head back and bit again, repeating till the stag was limp. She then looked up, her ears perked. The doe was no where to be seen..But for Circe that was no issue. She pulled herself from the stag and lept up, soaring over the tall grasses with ease. There it was, the doe and her fawn, still running, but the fawn was falling behind. This was her chance. With one large flap she sent herself hurtling after the doe, it would cause for more meat for her, and her clan. She did the same for the doe as she did with the stag. Within minutes it was lifeless. The fawn, the lengthy lean fawn.. It had just barely made its way back to the stags body. She soared down and took it down quicker then the doe. Circe laughed before she took up to the sky again to retrieve the doe's carcass. This was one of her best feats yet.
