Well, there has been some questioning as to which elements are weak against another. So I decided to make a nice little chart:
Suna Suna no Mi: Sand Sand Fruit
Weakness: Water, turns the sand into a dense, mushy uncontrollable state.
Mera Mera no Mi: Flare Flare Fruit
Weakness: Ice, if and only if the quantity of ice is far greater than the fire. If the ice is very concentrated then it can also be a weakness of fire.
For example: An ice cube cannot stop a forest fire but a fire cant burn through a glacier.
Smoke will negate fire however it isn't technically weak against it.
Hie Hie no Mi: Chill Chill Fruit
Weakness: Fire, if and only if the quantity of fire is far greater than the ice. If the fire is very concentrated then it can also be a weakness of ice.
For example: An ice cube cannot stop a forest fire but a fire cannot burn through a glacier. If a ball of fire comes hurling at a large block of ice, the entire block will not be destroyed however a small portion of it, relative to the size of the ball will burn.
Moku Moku no Mi: Smoke Smoke Fruit
Weakness: None. Although the Moku Moku isn't weak against any particular element it will be canceled out by fire.
Pika Pika no Mi: Flash Flash Fruit
Weakness: Light isn't tangible so it doesn't have any tangible weaknesses. Generally light and darkness will cancel each other out. Aside from that no weaknesses.
Yami Yami no Mi: Dark Dark Fruit
Weakness: Darkness isn't tangible so it doesn't have any tangible weaknesses. Generally light and darkness will cancel each other out. Aside from that, no weaknesses.
