Everywhere I look for nice lingerie or burlesque clothing, it's either WAY too expensive or too revealing. Any idea where to get any good quality burlesque clothing without breaking the bank? Thank you!

I really like What Katie Did for lingerie. I know a lot of performers just buy the basics though and modify them, I went to a workshop with Missy Malone and she'd made a tassled bra from a gold bikini which she'd made into a halter by snipping and re-stitching the snaps, and she'd added on some carpet fringing. It looked brilliant.

I think often it's a thrifty business.
