Here, ALL members most post what is listed below in code. This will help the top brass/leaders of this guild know who's in it, and for us to have a little information on the members.

[b]RP name:[/b] ([i]must provide first and last name[/i], this will be the name you wish to go by when RPing)

[b]Rank:[/b] (for new members, private, unless specified other wise)

[b]Branch:[/b] (branch of the military you wish to be in; Spec Ops, Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines)

All members must fill out this form, current or new, and even the higher ranking officers. Also, if you need to make any changes, pm me, Delta, or Grik
