I posted this in the hang-out originally but felt it would probably be more noticeable as a topic.
Hey guys. I feel awful for not being here very often... things just kept piling up. I'm not sure I should be the person to run this guild anymore considering I'm hardly ever online, and if anyone is interested please PM me. I have no intention of leaving you all, though -- no matter what happens I'll still be in the guild. Edit: I'm going to start working on the guild a lot more but I'd like everyone's opinion on whether we should get new management or whether I should just promote some more people into the crew.
I miss you guys and hope you're all well, and I'd really like your input! 3nodding

UPDATE: Thanks guys for messaging me! The most important thing to me right now is that no one is angry with me. I totally understand if you are, and would really prefer that you guys yell at me or something than just hold it in and I'm really, really sorry. Honestly.
I think for right now I'm going to try and promote some people and have a more efficient crew. For the past year it's mostly been me just telling the crew to move threads and ban really mean people (I think we've only had one?) but I'm going to start assigning things to people. The first and most important assignment to tackle is the birthday thread.
The birthday thread was a GREAT idea and I love it to death, but seriously, ma mémoire est très mauvais. My pitiful little memory somehow has not kicked in to make sure I'm checking the thread every day and as a result, I've missed so many people's birthdays. The person in charge of the birthday thread would have to make sure to edit the subject line of the birthday thread whenever it's someone's birthday (I usually tried to have at least a two-day warning: "____'s birthday is in two days!"). If anyone is willing to do that, it would help a LOT.
Theme days are another great thing I'd like to keep up with. Again, not my idea, but it would be super cool if we could organize more of these.
I really want to get the guild hoppin' with activity again, and am working on advertising in the GCD. Also if ANYONE is like "hey Batty, just back down!" I TOTALLY understand and welcome you to say so, even if it's anonymous, because I'm a negligent little jerk. sad

I haven't been around much either. sad Stupid real life. But I'll make more of an effort to get on here and help out as much as I can! I'd love to help out with the birthday thread, I'll make a mental note to check it daily whenever I can. smile

I don't mind helping out if you need it! I can't be like, super super super active, but I can definitely help with something (even if it's just accepting new peepz to the guild).
But we love you Bat! heart I'm excited to see what all you will do with the guild!

I'm not the best Gatta either... I've been mucho busy and really only checked Gaia occasionally for one thing recently... I'll try to help out as best as I can when Senior Year doesn't get in my way.

Gatta and Grape, it's okay that you're not here much since I'm not even around often. I guess the guild's just going through a serious period of inactivity. Personal life > online life under all circumstances, though, so no one should feel sorry or anything. I completely understand. 3nodding

Okay, now to get things sorted out! Fyrae, thanks so much for volunteering to help with the birthday thread! Cres, if you want to, you can help as well! If it looks like it hasn't been touched for a few days, definitely check up on it to make sure there aren't any birthdays coming up. If it's someone's birthday that day (or within two days maybe?) update the subject. I'm going to keep up with it too, but since we all know how forgetful I am and how I randomly decide to become inactive, it'd be nice to make sure I'm not skipping anyone's day. sweatdrop
And I've got a few little fun projects in mind that I will introduce to the guild in a little while, hopefully to make it more active. Thank you guys for your help! heart

I think this is just a really busy time of year, y'know? It seemed like we were all pretty busy when we weren't setting up the guild last year too... and yeah, I've missed you guys and your incredible awesomeness.
