Soooo... Yeah.... I found out what the size was for your banner to work for the guild thing... It's quite small... Once photo bucket is done doing their damn maintenance I'll show you what it would look like if I did it on there...

You're welcome, though you may not want to thank me yet >.>
It's so small and is pretty much just the eyes... I figured out that my pic actually stretched when I put it up, but it still looks fine... I got like the perfect dimensions on yours and it would look awesome... though maybe not with the writing, but that's up to you... Photobucket is doing maintenance, so I can't even go on and get it to show you -.-
