French Cherry Pie My family has me make this EVERYTIME we get together and i swear even if i make 2 they dont last 20 mins
Ingredients 1 box Graham Crackers 2 blocks of Cream Cheese 1 large tub of coolwhip 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup of butter 1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar 1 can of cherry pie filling (or whichever kind you like)
Crust: Crush graham crackers in a ziploc a LARGE ziploc bag (a rolling pin works very well) or you can use premade crust but must be graham cracker. mix crumbs, butter, and REGULAR sugar together and press most of mixture into a 13x9 in pan. set aside some of the crumbs in another baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins. Remove and let cool roughly 30 mins or until cool to touch
Filling:
Warm cream cheese so it stirs easily about 1 1/2 to 2 mins(MAX). fold in powdered sugar, and cool whip. after combined put on top of crust then spread pie filling on the top. sprinkle the extra crumbs all over the top and put in fridge to set for an hour at least but overnight is ideal.
I hope you enjoy it!!

Super Easy Spinach Quiche
Tired of the same old greens? Want to try to coax someone into munching something good for 'em? Try this easy and quick recipe-- personally made and taste-tested by me, though I didn't invent the recipe.
1/2 cup light mayonnaise 1/2 cup milk 3-4 eggs, lightly beaten 8-10 ounces shredded cheese (cheddar is suggested, but I've also made it with a 4-cheese Mexican blend, experiment and see what YOU like) 1 ten-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (NOTE - you can also use canned chopped spinach to cut prep time) 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 nine-inch unbaked pie shell
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with foil (this is just to help with cleanup afterwards.)
In a large bowl, whisk (or beat, or whip, or whatever) mayonnaise and milk together until smooth. Add eggs, beating them.
At this point you can go one of two ways --
*Fancy* - layer spinach, cheese, and onion in pie shell, making several layers of each, then pour egg mixture atop it all
*I Want It All Over Now* - add spinach to egg mixture, pour about half into pie shell, layer that with cheese and onion, pour remaining spinach/egg mixture, add more cheese.
Place quiche on prepared cookie sheet. Cover quiche with foil. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes, checking to see if the top and pie crust is getting too brown and if the filling is set. (Cooking time does vary in your oven, so adjusting time and temperature is okay.) If you want it to brown a little, just peel off the foil.
Remove, eat, enjoy!

Midnight Vampire Dreamer uhhhh.. sweatdrop even though i love food...what's a quiche? i have never heard of it. Quiche is a French dish (well, it started there anyway) that's kind of like a baked custard made of eggs and milk or cream in a pie shell or pastry crust. Other tasty stuff like cooked chopped meat (y'know, bacon, ham, etc.), veggies, or cheese (or any combo of the three!) can be added to the egg mix before it's baked. oohhh...sounds tasty! xd

Shigune Matsui Does anyone have recipes of their own that they want to make up? yup. I always end up making my own sandwich from scrap. I also made a shrimp dish using 100% veggie with no seasoning. I can't seem to find the recipe anywhere...i know i wrote it down....somewhere.. sweatdrop
