So, it took me awhile to think this up and since Valentine's day is just around the corner, why not make an RP sailing on board a luxury cruise ship.
The name of this vessel is the...
Magnificent

It was the day before Valentine's Day and the Magnificent was slated for a weekend Cruise. Captain Shasta (Short for Shaganstanza if you will) had boarded and inspected each and every room that week, making sure everything was in order for the arriving guests.
Briskly arriving to the Captain's Chambers, Shasta had opened the double doors and entered a lavishly prepared room, amazed by the work completed by the crew. Smiling upon seeing the view he had to the outside, Shasta told himself, "This shall be a wonderful afternoon. My dearest should be arriving shortly."
Excited in mind and spirit, Shasta had sat down on a fine leather recliner in the shining room of polished oak floors, the satin lining on the opened blinds resting on the glide beam above the windows, the lush atmosphere in which would provide the utmost comfort and the prospect of a long, enchanting weekend ahead.
In the coming hours, Capt. Shasta would go to his wardrobe closet and refit himself in a decorative, formal way.

Juneko awaited on the docks, waiting for Magnificent to arrive. She had never been on a weekend cruise of a vacation cruise, for that manner. But she had been on those short hours cruise, the ones that were only for about a hour or more. She hummed lightly as she gripped her large black bag, which held her belongings. She wondered if the others would ever arrive

Houou arrived on the boat. It seemed her beloved would not be joining her, but that was all right. She understood how busy he was with his job.
She spotted Juneko, and waved.

Juneko noticing Houou, waving at her, waved back. At least their seemed to be others coming. She began to wonder how far the boat was away from here.

 As the Magnificent was nearing port, the hours grew dark, the Christmas style lights turned on in the Captain's Chamber and Captain Shasta viewed the docks ahead of him.
"Well, looks like I'm finally here after that nasty weather," chuckling to himself. "I hope the passengers aren't too anxious. The festivities are prepared to lift off. Time to get busy," Shasta said to himself as he exited the room in his captain's attire, slowly sprinting across the floor like a scarf in the wind, heading to the bridge to make the announcements for the evening.

Houou was glad to hear that things were getting underway. She was excited. The rough weather, however, had left her feeling ill. She never felt well when the weather was bad.

Quickly Juneko could see the ship. She had never seen a cruise ship so she was amazed. "Pretty," she muttered to herself.

Ruby finished packing her suitcase for the cruise and looked at the clock. "Its that late!? The ship'll leave without me!" She checked to make sure she had everything and ran out the door. As she ran up to the dock, she saw a few of the others standing there waiting, and slowed to a walk. "Oh good. Im not late." She was excited to spend the weekend with her husband on a love cruise. "It'll be soo romantic." heart

William had already been on the ship for quite a while, smiling to himself, holding out a gold pocket watch in his hand, seeing the time to leave was soon. Although after staring at the watch for a moment, William glimpsed at his now clean shaven face.
"This is so unnatural..." William mumbled to himself as he shoved the watch into his pocket and scratched the area where his mustache was. "Oh well... it will be a long time until it grows back..."

Earth was running behind Ruby with her man pet in tow. This was the first time Earth had decided to bring him along to meet her friends, since usually all of her pets stay at home, shy.
"Mr. Twinkleflowerthumper! Did you remember to tell Tailbain to feed the babies every third hour?" Earth yells back at him. He nods. "Good, and you remembered to tell Llalandra she could stay up only if she behaved herself and minded the kittens and the chicks?" He nods again. "And you did remember *PANT PANT* to leave enough food for everyone?" He nods again. "Good! We'll be a-ok then! Now please mind your manners on the ship, and don't forget to say hello."
Earth and her pet make it to the top of the ramp. Earth takes a moment to catch her breath.
"Pant Pant. We.... made it." She takes out the tickets. Her man pet hides behind her.
"Now now there's no need to be shy. Today you'll meet some of my friends." Earth smiles reassurantly. Mr. Twinkleflowerthumper blushes and nods.

Midnight had been on the dock, watching as others rushed in as they were all waiting for the boat. She carried two duffle bags full of clothing & other things over her shoulders. She nodded to everyon & said hi as they came by.

Houou was glad to see so many familiar people. She began to feel better. Even though he couldn't be there, Kurama had sent her a nice Valentine, and it had cheered her up, knowing that he still thought of her despite being so busy.

Ruby saw Midnight, and decided to stop there to wait. *pant pant* She set her bag down and bent over with her hands on her thighs. *pant* "H...hi Midnight." She was so happy she hadnt missed the boat as this was the first time she would see her husband in weeks. She wondered how he would react to her shorter hair.
