well that's obvious for generic combat, but i need to know what this thing can do in specific scenarios.....to beeter use it as a weapon

Well it has a wide range of uses.
-You can just hit the enemy with it if it's near, the string allows you to hit enemies which are far and recover your weapon.
-Use it to distract the enemy and gain time if you need it. This also works to escape underground bases.
-Also the place for the batteries can be replaced with drugs secret messages.
-You can sneak it into the enemy's base to get information.
-You can cause direct damage to the enemy by shouting and singing, specially if you make it loud.
-There's a possibility of paralizing it. Beware water, you can use it to electroshock people bathing.
-Use it to call allies from a far distance if needed.
-It makes you look cooler. So feel free to use it for a secret identity.
-It makes good parties.
-It's good to wake up people.
-You can use it as a string. That means you can tie and strangle people, etc etc.
-If anything of the above work trade it and gain money or try another use of your choice.
