The foreskin often does retract on its own when the p***s is erect. But everyone is a bit different. Some foreskins do not retract on their own. As long as there is no pain and the guy is able to participate in sexual activity, then it's usually not a problem and there's usually no reason to try to force it.

Can you back that up? If not, I'd suggest being cautious about making generalizations like that.

For example, of the 4 guys I've ever dated, I've been intimate with 3. Of the 3, only one guy was partially cut, and that was due to a foreskin issue when he was young. The other two have been uncut, and have had no issues.

Yes, issues do occur in some guys, but from what I've seen and heard, I don't think they're as common as you're making them out to be. Of course if a guy is having problems and it hurts, they should talk to their doctor because as you said, it's not supposed to hurt. Just be careful about making generalized statements that may not be true. wink
