capital city. since every city in this county is built out of a piece of a GIANT ship it's quit obvious what this city is. the city is made out of the helm of the great ship and has an enormous light house built out of the main mast of the great ship which was relocated to the center of the city. the houses and shops of this city are suspended by ropes.
