Do you think there are to many vice captains and crew members.

If so, please explain why.

To tell you the truth, I think there should be a large amount of moderators in this guild. Reason being is, each of them has a specific job. The moderators have asked me not to reveal what there jobs are, yet. Their jobs will be revealed when they think the time is right.
Most of the moderators happen to feel this way too. If any of you have any questions, PM me. That way, I can inform you on what you feel you need to know, if it is appropriate.

Personally i don't really mind, so long as there is enough to take care of the guild and you trust them whole heartedly then it's all fine and dandy.

Please remember, on gaia there is a difference between not doing much, having a life, and knowing the difference between spam and a post.

My crew members are trusted friends rather than super active users, most of them only come on once a week because of various reasons in reality. Not everyone can waste time posting nonsense.
