The afternoon was warm but not sweltering hot as it usually was. Rylee had decided she would take a break from her family and her pride and walk along the edge of the lake that made up one edge of the border of her pride. However since her prides lands weren't big enough to take up all of the lakes edge she had already wandered out of her prides lands and into territory that was not her own but she was not unfamiliar with. She was heading for a rocky outcrop she'd been to many times before and enjoyed to go to when she had free time. It wasn't long before she came along the outcrop. There were many large rocks sticking out of the ground and she picked one of the tallest and climbed up on top of it. She layed down at the top and gazed out across the lake. It was so serene and beautiful it always made her smile.

 He had been lounging upon one of the many rocks that stuck out from his rocky surroundings. Those eerie eyes he possessed scanned the area ever watchful Though he was a wanderer this place had a feel to it that just called to him. However, movement out of the corner of his eye caught his attention and caused him to turn his head to see exactly what it was. A smile twisted onto his features. "Hmmm..." Pushing himself u onto his paws, he moved from his post and silently made his way down to her level.
"Such a rare beauty and alone. Think that is wise M'lady?"

Rylee's enjoyment and bliss of her surroundings left her unguarded and unknowing as a strange male spotted her and came near. His voice made her jump to her feet and whirl to face him. She took a defensive stance and looked the male over. Her training with Razi had taught her to always be ready for a possible battle if encountering someone new. "I do well on my own. I have the training I need to survive." She replied confidently. This male was unlike any she usually interacted with. He was intimidating almost scary but her mother had always taught her to have the benefit of the doubt and don't judge on looks. "What are you doing out by yourself good sir?"

He smirked. This female had a spunk about her that peeked his interest. "That you do. Your stance has little to no flaws." He practically purred at her, but then again it wasn't something that could be help. He just seemed to treat things that held is interest like they were on a pedestal. "Me, being a wander, I tend to travel alone. I was looking for a place to start a pride for myself and came upon this area. Taking a liking I chose I perch to look out from and I began to contemplate it's worth. I'm sure you can guess just how worthy I think it is." He chuckled at the last part.
