The 101st Airborne Division nicknamed the "Screaming Eagles" is an infantry and cavalry unit that descends upon their enemies from the skies above. There are two departments of the 12th Airborne: Air Cavalry who move fast, use gunship support, land just about anywhere and run medevacs and Airborne who jump from planes, making stealthy landings, dropping en mass and can be supported by vehicle and supply drops. These two units land behind enemy lines to strike where least expected. (This is actually a real unit in the Army. They served in wars at least since the Vietnam War and are now something of a Special Force. They are considered one of the best airborne units and except only the best.)
