Meeting room
In the meeting room there has been descusion of where the death nore comes in use.Well,when a soul reaper travels to the real world there bankai is sealed and they are givin a death note.They can use this death note to "punish" any humin or someone that deservs to die.There has been an addid perk though.We all have shinigami eyes,we have the ability to see how long someones gana live and there name,and when they were borne.When we see a perons time run out we are to write down there name and there cause of death.People have to die at some time.The death note is not to be used on another soul reaper nor is it allowed that the death note be touched or givin to or by any humin.This will result in the death of that peron and -coughf-,and the punishment of the soul reaper.
Now as for the meeting room.One of the captains was attcked by a fair nuber of hollows one day while training with his squad.There has come to be a thought that.
1.A arrancar is in the sereitei,and desquised as one of us
2.Same thing as number one only a bount is thought to be here
3.There is a weak spot in the sereitei shield
4.Someone inside the sereitei is letting the hollows in
5.There is a traiot amung us
Now i know what some of you might be thinking.Its the Captain of squad 1,she has the ability to let anyone in and can do what she pleasis.Well i do not care if anyone accusis me,but i will have no pointing fingers at smeone who has done no harm or bad deeds.If someone is inasent and there is no proof then they not need be suspectid.That is all for now on the meeting room.
And as for the emergancy,there is a 2nd level lockdown.This just means anytime someone gose somewhere out side the sereitei they are to sighn out,showing that thye left.And all captains are to keep a head count on there squads and,keep track of them.For now the hollow world is off limits.If it is open then there is a posability of hollows comeing in through the gate.
