According to Lanzer, there WILL be a space reservation system for Gaia Towns! Lanzer Hello everyone, hope you all had fun hanging out in Gaia Towns. In preperation for the general release of Gaia Towns, we will need to turn off the service and make a lot of changes to the system. Therefore, Gaia Towns will be down tonight at 6PM, PST. We will re-open Gaia Towns next week, with new features, and ability to reserve maps for friends to place houses next to each other. Another announcement will be made to the time of the general release. Though the reservation system will be available before that. This time, everyone's houses will be permanent. Thanks for your attention - Lanzer Though I'm not sure how this reservation system is going to play out to our advantage, I will be ready to reserve land for Crosshaven as soon as it opens up. Be advised, I will be sending out a PM to all members next week letting you all know where the town is, so prepare to reserve your space!

Just a quick question: I promised some of my friends(2) that I would be their neighbour when towns came out, and I was wondering if I could do that and still be in the Crosshaven town? ((sorry if I wasn't supposed to post in here for any reason))

Yes, there should be plenty of space for guests to settle in Crosshaven. Also, it isn't a requirement that your house be in or near Crosshaven to participate. Really, we'll hopefully be finding a relatively out of the way place, so the only people who'll probably be looking specifically to settle there at first are Crosshaven residents. In other words, They're welcome to put their houses here, by the numbers' reckoning there should be plenty of space for some guests.

nazgurath falanor talik Just a quick question: I promised some of my friends(2) that I would be their neighbour when towns came out, and I was wondering if I could do that and still be in the Crosshaven town? ((sorry if I wasn't supposed to post in here for any reason)) Sure, there's a couple of different things you could do with this: I don't mind if your friends move into our town space, even if they don't care to play with us. It's important that people be able to be near their friends. But I would ask you to invite them to play with us, and let them know that they are welcome to join in the RP. Also, if you want to move your house elsewhere than the Crosshaven reserved slot, that's fine, you can still be a part of the town RP, you don't have to place your house here to play in the town. I hope that helps. (Oh, I don't care about posting on an announcement. I'm kind of OCD, but not that OCD.)

Well, since my house is the manor garden now, I would assume I have to be by you NAthanael? And the other garden room will have to be near...I assume. Also, if there are towns besides BArton...which one will you choose?

Yep, the garden will be on the same property as the three manor rooms and Nate's office, if all goes as planned. I want it in the top row center of the main zipcode map.
As far as which town, I'm not partial. I am just hoping we can get all the spots reserved well in advance.
