uh what do STDs do to you? are they just there or what? cuz i got 6 and im not seeing much of a difference XD

No, I don't think so. There is an achievement for having multiple bed partners, though. xd

They say, although I can't confirm this, that if you have some STD's that you did not get from your spouse (a.k.a. you cheated on your spouse) then she/he can find out that way. From what I've seen in the occasions has not confirmed that however I think the only thing I have done is had protected sex after recieving some unwanted STD's.

there should be an achievement for a certain amount of STDs XD. and no, your spouse cant find if youve cheated on them this way...i had a full good and pure char who had 3 wives, 5 children, and never believed in condoms lol xd
