I would build an exact replica of the mansion from RE1. Every single detail of all the rooms would be added in. (except for the monsters of course.)

I would faint, wake back up, pay off all my bf's debts from the past, buy an xbox 360 and fable 2, buy a ps3 and a shed load of awesome games then, I dunno . . . buy myself a bigger pair of boobs maybe ? XD
