PERSONALITY
Personality: Vagabond Is a well behaved young man with a penchant for helping those in need.

APPEARANCE
General Appearance: If Vagabond is a mutant then he is a lucky one. He looks totally human except for his pointy teeth and his odd eyes. He is 5.10 with Black hair . Having traits of all the different racial types of human he must be called truly of mixed race. His eye color changes depending on time of day and situation.

Clothes: Leather jacket, Red shirt, Black pants.
Weapon(s): His bare hands and what ever he can find.

TALENTS
Vagabonds is skilled at martial arts and fighting. Combined with his enhanced strength and stamina makes him very deadly.
Another talent of his is brain jacking. By inserting parts of himself into another persons brain he can access any of their skills and learn what he can from them. This can be fatal. If he leaves the piece in it can control the person like a zombie remotely.
HISTORY
Vagabond has no past. He washed up on the beach near paradise recently with no memory of who he is and no desire to find out. His tattoo suggests he may have been manufactured before the Fall. He just wants to live in peace. Let us all pray he gets his wish.
Other:
Vagabonds mutation is know as cellular control. Vagabond is as a newborn in the use of his ability and so is only able to do a very few things beyond human measure.
He is slightly beyond peak human physical levels. Ex: he can dodge some gun fire, but full automatic fire will hit him.
If he is not killed outright he will recover from any injury in time. After eating enough to replace the lost mass.
He can with practice mimic some machines by changing his body to function in a new way. currently he can only use a finger to mind hack a person.(Ex: like a USB port to someone brain)

Special adaptations

To power all of these things Vaga must absorb radiation into a special organ the transmutes it into bio electricity.

Cellular Invasion/ mind drain- A base ability he stared with
Cloaking - learned after watching an alien ship come out of stealth.
Cellular smell- Noticed after being with non-humans to long. (Note: Cellular smell is just his reading of skin cells that everyone is constantly dropping. It takes several minutes for him to notice differences in Cellsmell between people so he can only track or detect those he has known for a while.)

Girl form????- Due to a lack of man cloths Vagabond can easily realign himself in to a herself


THE LAME CANON- No longer around.
Stage one- It fires an invisible waves that make living things nauseous. Highly useless. Turned out to be low level EMP gun
