An old opening thread, That is very well true. Back then we laughed & acted like it was a joke. But in truth its not. Our guild has fallen apart, because of things like this. We can't stay on topic & once we've lost interest w/ whatever whomever was talking about the thread dies- or ppl just type in random actions towards other members knowing they will read it & thinking they are keep the guild alive &/or are making themselves more important to our cause. So what happens after that? We randomly make new threads whenever, not stopping to think for a second about the old ones. Not only this but after awhile ppl either can't find something to serously discuss or just get bored from the lack of real conversation here & stop posting, as was the case for one of our three founders (R3ap) . Then ppl go off putting this truly magnificant guild lower & lower on their list of priorities. We should be proud of & constantly try to make this guild trive & grown stronger & larger as much as possible- so that not only will we be the #1 grunny guild- but climb our way up amongst all the others! I'm going to start on the 3 & hopefully final major reformation of this guild in hopes of reviving it & bringing back our old members that started this guild & new ones. I will work on a new list of guild rules & edit some to better adapt to the way most all of us have enjoyed this wonderful place withing gaia. I'll unfourtunatly b busy this weekend so no changes will b seen till monday or tuesday, of course I will b asking my fellow mods for permission before making the changes & I will base further adjustments on the responses I get from the rest of you all. I'm not here to change the guild you love, just stop it from dying again. Don't worry You will all see what my plans are so don't freak or say "nooooo don't make rules & changey stuffs!" belive me I h8 rules but I will only make some that will prevent spam & will make the subs used more often as well as helpful tips on recriting relible members.
