My edited version. I added five more. xD That is, if the tactics RPGS count as RPGS. The definition of RPGs is actually kinda funny to me, these days. I have no idea what counts and what doesn't... I purposefully added only one of each series, though. Not sure about the last three. xD
Gah, I can't believe you like Kingdom Hearts, though. D: That game ... is total gurk to me. And I don't even know what gurk means.

The only turn based RPG I've ever beaten is Paper Mario, so I feel I can't really judge favorites. XD

Kingdom hearts...
i love the music, the characters, some of the crossovers (final fantasy and nightmare before christmas FTW! most of the disney ones FTL!) and i also love the whole idea of the game and soryline and yet i cant bring myself to play it! confused

also, primmy, how'd u get to play earthbound?

I FEELL YOUR PAIN, MATTI. You remind me of me before I played Kingdom Hearts. I did not want to play it because I hated the hidous character designs and because Riku, Kairi and Sora were such dumb characters with annoying voices. But I played it and I had fun. Lots of fun. I hate the 3 main characters very, very much and do not write fanfiction or make AMVs to crap emo songs aout Sora x Riku; so I recommend this game as a sane human being. Riku, Kairi and Sora are still dumb characters with annoying voices.... but (for the most part), all the Disney voices are the same and I can have Jack Skellington in my party. This made the whole world better and right again.

I played Earthbound up to the blue village. Then I had to stop. Mostly because my brother erased all data on my computer, if you catch my drift.

3 ) Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete
4 ) Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete
5 ) Kingdom Hearts
6 ) Chrono Cross
7 ) Chrono Trigger
8 ) Threads of Fate
9 ) Mario RPG
10) Kingdom Hearts II
.........I just noticed that all but two of these are Square games sweatdrop

Ooh, Threads of Fate! It's been a while since I heard of that again. That was... a strange but fun game. And Lunar... I don't remember much about Lunar apart from that Luna was gone for half of the game.
Chrono Cross was pretty fun - they had a lot of crazy character designs, that was for sure. I mean, who else could come up with Skelly? And Mojo? Crazy stuff, for sure. Most people like Trigger better though - I haven't actually played that one but it's cool you like Cross better as I have played that one!
How come there's a lack of Suikoden love here, though? xD
I played it on an emulator, Matti.
'Cause I'm lazy, live in a small town and usually very deseperate.xD
Why do they keep treating Alice as one of the Disney princesses, though? *raaaage*
Sora, Kairi and Riku are exceedingly annoying... and since there are so many fangirls, I shy far away from it, afraid of what horrors are inside the game.

I've never played any of the Suikoden games, and from what I hear, they're quite rare, so I'm not sure if I'll ever get the chance to play them. =P
Most of the reason I like Chrono Cross better is because that's the first one I played. I didn't play Chrono Trigger until a couple years ago, when I acquired a copy by marrying my husband. =P
In spite of all the fandom, Kingdom Hearts is actually a really good game.
I prefer the first one over the second one, though there are a lot of features in the second one that I wish was in the first one.
It's basically an RPG that plays more like a platformer, and depending on what world you're in, you can have an alternate character fighting in your party. (like Jack Skellington. Squee! ^^)
But yeah, I'd agree that the three KH originals are pretty dumb. =/
Personally, I've always been a huge sucker for crossovers, so that's most of what sold it for me. =3
And I agree: Alice should not be considered a Disney "princess", seeing as she's not a princess in any way, shape, or form. =/
