Ooh, that's tough. I'll have to think about it a bit more . . . . but, the first two that come to my head are the overly obvious:

and
The bit at the end of We Will Rock You by Queen. If it weren't for that guitar bit, I probably wouldn't like the song at all.

Off the top of my head... I can't really decide, but I got to agree with Merenwen99. Eddie Van Halen's Eruption is pretty intense.
