Information: San Diego is the southernmost major city in California. It now has two compounds, each being a former sports stadium. After governments began to collapse many people from Latin America fled Mexico and other countries below the border to this area, and so the San Diego compounds are almost exclusively Latin American. The larger human population has driven away many of the mutants here.
