Information: During the war San Francisco was the sight of the land of a large Chinese invasion force. During the invasion the Golden Gate Bridge was destroyed, and Alcatraz Island was set up as the Chinese Command Center. Eventually the Chinese were pushed out of San Francisco, and had to leave a lot of their equipment behind. A few months later the Chinese army was defeated, it was the last professional "army" of the war. When people began coming back to San Francisco and they started forming compounds they used the military equipment left behind by the Chinese, thus the compounds here are heavily armed. But even with their powerful weapons the Humans were not able to hold the whole city. A few years after the Humans arrived Mutants banded together and took control of the whole city, and now the Humans hide in their compounds from the Mutant siege army outside their walls.
