near the begining of chapter 3 hiro goes back in time and sees ando "attacking" future hiro. well now that we see it in context we know that ando was using his charging powers.
SO, my question is; what the hell? has the timeline not caught up to it yet or is it not going to happen due to the butterfly effect.
i have a tiny theory;
think of an ability like a battery. and arther sucked it to 0%. its still there, but its empty. so maybe ando can recharge his "battery" giving him his ability back.

Yup, it looks like the timeline changed again, so that won't be happening.

Hasn't the time line already changed since future Hiro has visited Peter Petrelli and he still had his powers. The time line is continuously changing.
