here my strory on my first animecon. Tsunacon in the Netherlands.
It is a one day con on sunday. I was to be a gohper
biggrin .
The fun started for me on saterday becuase of puplic transportation. I should have been there on 8 o'clock to help build up. But the trains didnt start driving intil 8 so that gave a problem. So i slept at the house of the organizer
xd , I have pictures of him sleeping, together with head of the crew and two other crew members. Me and the crew head didn't sleep and had a lot of fun taking pictures of the others and laughing. So we ended up keeping a other crew member awake (we named him clueless
mrgreen ). Anyhow so 'waking up at 7:00 in the morning to be at the building on time was pritty hard (for them).
The con hoped for 300 guest coming. Since it was a first time con in the Netherlands and that would be a nice number of people.
I was sepossed to start at the check-in at 10 o'clock when we should open for the puplic. But becuase it was a first con that went wrong and i started at 8:30 and taking contrale of the check-in. So i did the check-in intil 12:00 when we where sold-out. We ended up having 712 guest. So dubble than expected.
Wich ofcourse gave some problems, but nothing to major.
Then at 2 till 4 i had to to karake, wich was a bad idea. Since i cannot spell and i know nothing of j-rock or the songs at the anime. I read manga but barly watch anime.
I had to go home early becuase me dad then could give me a ride.
Next month we have a afterparty for crew and staff
