Crosshaven Church of Saints,
The Honorable Order of the Church of Saints

Would you like to play a priest, nun, or templar character? Please get together with me about starting a religious-based RP that is centered in the Church of the Saints.

The church is very similar to the Catholic Church in the way it's designed, but it is not any church that is present in real life. It believes in God, and high moral reckoning, heaven and hell, sin, and that God's work in the world is done through many saints (also called Ancients). There is also a strong emphasis on Nature as God's canvas, but so much of this is still undefined and open to player ideas and interpretations.

The RP will be involved in charity work, spiritual protection of Crosshaven, healing the sick, trying to prevent war and fighting, and driving out the wicked, etc. It is also not immune to corruption...

We are also looking for characters who are not affiliated with the Order to become involved in our RP. All are welcome. PM me or post here.

I'm Ai_Miyano and I'm looking for a more darker/deeper storyline:

This is a RP that is looking to see the different levels of society(the lifestyles of your character) interact with each other. Most of the RP players should be more of an outcast and with a deeper background that can/will change the RP in its headed course. Also keep in mind that we are not looking for it to center around one place/person, so try to keep it moving. While looking for a darker story, please make it tie into your character profile and make it meaningful, no random killings and a bunch of cussing, add some depth to the plots of your character.

If you are interested, PM me and tell me a bit of background that you'd like to work into this story. I've started the summary and the topic is Perspectives. Check that out and see if you can work with it!

There should probably be about 5-8 active characters and any minor characters that want to be in it are allowed...please try to be on more than once in a while.

As I've always had problems just jumping into an already established rp, I think I shall advertise here for some people to help fill in Greyson's immediate backstory. As I'd like to have had him living in Crosshaven for several years, he must know somebody.

So I'm looking for people who would like to regularly play with a grumpy old b*****d. I'm looking for more character-driven roleplay, rather than combat. Friends (or in Greyson's case, people he tolerates), enemies, fellow artists, the guy who works at the coffee shop, all of these would be great to play with. Romance could be possible, and I do both hetero and homosexual relationships, but considering Greyson's cantankerous nature, he's not going to just fall into a relationship with the first person who comes along. wink

We need YOU to help Crosshaven.

War. War never changes. From the inevitable path that mankind has chosen, we are forced to take up defenses from external and internal threats that may come along. And even now, as our foundations are laid and walls constructed, we have to defend ourselves. And I, Cersho Lettins, am the commander of our defense force. And, let me tell you, I will let nothing come between me and my town.

But I am one man, I cannot stop everything. That is why I am calling on those who are sharp, those who are willing, and those who have the strength to defend their town. Do you?

The Town Guard does need you. Anyone with a military backround is eligible to automatically be a member, for police officers talk to the constable. But even if you aren't a solider, you can still sign up for the militia. When you join and our town is up, anyone in the militia will be required to come to guard duty or otherwise at least once a week, and can recieve combat training in neccesary.

Crosshaven Students Unite!


There's GOT to be someone else in Crosshaven who's a student. Come join Tienelle for classes, moaning about midterms, and bad cafeteria food. All the horrors of school, except fun. Really I'm just looking for anyone who might have contact with my character to establish some relationships. I warn you she isn't the easiest to get along with, but somebody might get lucky...

[Aylen]

Looking for: People Aylen would know about, and not necesarily on good or bad terms with. After all, he did grow up in Crosshaven and it wouldn't make sense for him not to know anybody.

Requirements: Your character should either have been living in Crosshaven for a while, has a reputation that precedes him/her, or frequents the places Aylen goes a lot. Usually you can find him in the farming district or the public square. He sometimes wanders over to the poor part of town.

People Aylen would know about generally include gang leaders (whom he tries to stay away from), people who live in the farming district, and people he would meet in the marketplace where he causes trouble.

Keep in mind that your character might not necesarily know Aylen or vice versa. Please PM me if you fit into any of these categories so we can figure something out.
