The Lightening Thief is about Greek mythology and revolves around Perseus Jackson, the son of Poseidon. It's really funny and action packed.

Im reading it and it is awesome!! I'm currently on the last book (there are 4 in all, I'm not sure if there will be another)and I want more!!
The plot is so addicting that it sucks you in, and the only way to get out is if someone puts ice down your shirt or they give you a cookie( sorry but im a sucker for the cookies sweatdrop )...anyway I recommended these books to anyone and everyone!!

EHMAGAWD ther's gonna be a 5 th book called the last olympian, u think and the gods fade or something, and i hear that annabeth & Percy make out but percy also makes out with racheal (you know,the clear sighted mortal)

I've read the first and second book, and I'm currently pissing off a boy in my class who has the rest of the series. XD
The series is awesome so far...I just wish that in the movie they'd make Percy twelve instead of sixteen.

Percy and Annabeth do kiss, but it's quick, the way it was in Labrynth.
