Training Time with Prof Dozhi
For all the EV Trainers out there, Prof Dozhi has a few tips for anyone looking to train one of these Riolu. In Prof. Dozhi opinion you would not want to use Riolu in any serious battles. Its stats are not very high [even with perfect IVs and EV training] You'd probably be better off evolving it and training a Lucario. If you still want to train a Riolu keep reading...

-Moveset and Items-
Riolu can learn a wide variety of moves,Prof. Dozhi suggests that you use this moveset I have created here. It's takes advantage of Riolu's wide range of learnable moves.
-Moveset-
Earthquake (TM26) -- 100 Dmg/100% Acc/Ground/Physical
Brick Break (TM31) -- 75 Dmg/100% Acc/Fight/Physical
Shadow Claw (TM65) -- 70 Dmg/100% Acc/Ghost/Physical
Poison Jab (TM84) -- 80 Dmg/100% Acc/Poison/Physical
Riolu can learn alot of powerful moves...however, Riolu himself is that powerful. All the moves chosen have 100% Accuracy, this is vital for a sweeper. Earthquake is a critical move for physical sweepers, 100 base dmg, 100% accuracy. It's great. Brick Break, it gets STAB bonus (112 Dmg,breaks Light Screen and Barrier, the rest is self explanatory. Shadow Claw has high critical hit ratio. Poison Jab has potential to, I don't know...poison?
