As you all know, our very own iMichiru Kaioh -Neptune- is having surgery on the 11th. I decided to hold a party for her return. Mind you, she expects a big turnout, and if people don't show up, she says she's gonna leave. She wasn't to specific about that, but just in case, let's all show.
I need ideas for the party. Should we hold it in MTV, Towns, Rally? What will there be to do? I need suggestions, people~!
