HISTORYMilliardo was born in Luxembourg during the final years of the Great War. He was raised in a world of chaos and anarchy in central Europe. His family was always moving, hiding from the many dangers that the war had left over. But from chaos Order will be reborn, like a Phoenix out of the ashes. In central Europe a movement was forming, groups of people, mostly militias and former police, and soldiers were banding together and forming an army and they called it simply "Order." This army began destroying everything that was a danger to the general population: zombies, bandits, machines, and other armies that fought to enslave people. Order's goal is simple, to bring order to chaos. When Milliardo turned 17 he enlisted into Order and since he had some experience flying an airplane that his father owned he was put into the airforce that was desperate for pilots.
Order has swept over western, central, and some parts of eastern Europe, recreating some form of government. Then they received a radio message from what was left of the American government, and they agreed to come to their aid and have sent some ships over to America, currently the only ship along the Pacific Coast is the Charles de Gualle, the famous French aircraft carrier, they are far away from any help, but they were sent on a very important mission...
Other: "We want to remain what we are" is the motto of his native country of Luxembourg. Once it meant that Luxembourg did not want to join with the more powerful neighboring countries of France, Germany, or Belgium but now, at least to Milliardo, it means that they want to remain human, hold on to their humanity, and not drift into barbarianism like another Dark Age.
