OMG! FINALLY! A CAPTAIN OF Squad 11! YOu have no idea how happy this makes me. i've tohguht about it myself but since i have originally chosen my current squad and simply noticed some holes in sereitei, i had chosen squad 7 for their mastery Zanjutsu and defenders of Rukongai. this makes things easier for me and other captains, to have an attacking squad around. =)

Suddenly ryoka began attacking squad 11 barracks only to find themselves overwhelmed by the awesome might of squad 11.- "Finally! SOMe fun!" shouted a member of squad 11.- "Hurry guys we got some angry ryoka here! let's show them what we can do! YEAAAAH!" -shouted a member of squad 11 along with his friends. the situation backfired on the ryoka despite the overwhelming numbers.-
OOC: The ryoka bandits are finished. Xtomka, if your no longer active i will officially declare squad 11 open. depending on Commander cross's decisions. for now it's still yours but soon this will be open for someone else who is willing to be more active.

-Ashura enters to take up the position of the new captain of squad 11. As she walks past the elite warrior shinigami of squad 11, she cannot help being disappointed at them, lying around, carelessly drinking sake and mostly doing nothing. When she reaches the point from where everyone could see and hear her, she stops and decides to speak.-
"I see you have been left without a captain for too long. Let me introduce myself. I am Kuro Ashura, newly appointed captain of squad 11, here to replace your former captain, which is as I hear, on the run."
-She pauses and looks around her, watching the shocked faces with pleasure stirring within her. They were still not quite sure whether she was male or female; and though her voice indicated the latest, they refused to believe that a woman could ever lead squad 11.-
"Squad 11 is supposed to be the elite attacking force, composed of the phisically strongest fighters. You are the first attacking line of the Gotei 13. You represent the Gotei 13, the Seretei, the whole Soul Society. Please keep this in mind. As your captain, I am responsible for your actions, and I do not wish to deal with immature individuals. We all know why we're here, don't we?"
-stops to look around again, only to discover even more shocked faces, if that is possible.-
"Any questions?"

After half a minute of silence and shocked looks turns around and with words "If you need anything, I'll be in my office" leaves the aghast members of squad 11 to themselves. Upon entering the office, she finds herself drowning in pepers. After filling all the old paperwork that had been waiting for a while, she leaves her office and strolls over the heaquarters, grinning when seeing her subordinates in training. She lets them know she is pleased to see they're still in good form, and leaves to the meeting room.

-Ashura returns to the 11th squad HQ after the meeting discussing the plan of attackig the espada. She finds her subordinates training hard, and expresses her satisfaction at seeing them working so hard. After discussing some new techniques they were trying out to draw out their power better, she announces that she will soon be leaving, probably for a longer period. Being without a liutenant, she appoints the most reliable of the shinigami for keeping order, directing him to report to captain Valcazar if anything happens. She then retreats to her ofiice, doing the last preparations for the squad to easily handle themselves. After all, they must be used to being captain-less.-

-After finishing the last details of preparations, she sets everything so that the squad can function normally, but that she is ready to leave at any moment. The night falls, but she cannot sleep. She decides to take a walk under the moonlight.-
