So, I was browsing youtube today and came across this video of a guy playing Saint-Saens Bassoon sonata with an orchestra. I was like hmm this looks interesting. He orchestrated the piece himself. I personally believe it sounds much better played with a Piano. You can hear the bassoon much better then with a full orchestra.

That actually does look interesting.

That's by far my current favorite piece for bassoon, and I was a little disappointed that I couldn't play it with my college orchestra. Maybe now I can!

Although, I have to admit, I think I still like it better with piano.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
