Here is the list of jobs you are required to do. Please report to a vice captain on your work through a private message.
Captain: organizes and checks in with the vice captains as if its a report, controls what's going on.
Vice captain: takes orders for moderator panel such as sending requests and aceepting/declining requests, they tell lower members what the captain wants to do.
Crew: helps out on more simple tasks like new banners and pics, works in the forums (i.e. getting people to post)
Regular members: recruits members like friends or go to towns and recruit gaians, once you have recruited a gaian let a vice captain know.
Promotions: If you do well in your current job, you may be promoted to the next level, up to Vice Captain.
~Also, if the Captain gives you a direct order, you must perform it unless it is completely unreasonable.
