Stuffed Tomatoes

Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 Solid ripe tomatoes
30 gr Feta cheese
1 tsp fresh oregano
Peper and salt for seasoning
What to do:
1.) Slice from beneath the tomatoes and remove the seeds and inner flesh with a small spoon.
2.) Slice the feta cheese in small cubes (unless you bought them pre-cut)
3.) Finely chop the fresh oregano.
4.) Mix the oregano with the feta cheese, sprinkle a little bit of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5.) Stuf the tomatoes with the filling and before serving heat it up in a pan. Putting the toms on its crown.
6.) Serve close to room temperature.
