If the two hands are blocked, the person blocking is unaffected by the attack. This technique can only be used 3 times a day.

Requirements: The user must have the Toge Toge no Mi and know Sea Urchin Stinger.

Description: User focuses their "Noroma Photons" through a sword handle or dagger, creating a flexible and extendable beam sword. Any area hit by the sword suffers the same fate as if hit with the Noro Noro Beam, though it does not affect the entire body - only the area that was hit. The beam sword is much faster than the beam and thus is more likely to hit the target. The sword's beam can also be used to form solid chains and shackles that will hold anything that they attach to exactly where they are for 30 seconds.
