Quite right friends. Lets see, mutiny.......Ah ha, this one's good:
Roped to the ceiling by your wrists and ankles. Dangling three feet or so. Metal weight lifting bar across your back. Wooden spike half a foot bellow your stomach. Keep adding weight to the bar until either you back breaks or you're run through by the spike. Did I mention you're enclosed in a room with a hoard of angry wasps?

Well, I did missed quite a a lot. -winces- Wasps? Nah, nah. Could do better... how about African Hornets, the ones that are three inches long...maybe four inches. And layer the floor with vemonous snakes. So if he manages to escape... hehe.
