(Artery clogging goodness!!)
16 servings 20 minute prep. bake at 350 for 20 minutes
what you will need 1 cup of milk. 16 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet chocolate, finely chopped. 1 cup (2 sticks) of butter 2 tablespoons of brandy 1 tablespoon vanilla, 8 egg yolks
Steps:
1. Heat oven to 350. Coat a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Heat milk in a large heavy saucepan over low heat until tinny bubbles form around edge of pan. Add chocolate; heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in butter, brandy, and vanilla, and heat until butter is melted, then remove the saucepan from the heat.
3. Whisk egg yolks lightly to mix in small bowl (dont was scrabbled eggs in this) whisk a small amount of the hot mixture into egg yolks. Slowly poor yolk mixture into saucepan, whisking to keep lumps from forming. Then pour the mixture into the prepaired pan.
4. Bake in heated 350 over for 20 minutes or until its set in the center. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Cover and refrigerate.
5. to serve loosen sides of the pan and remove. to make it look fancy or something just add whipped cream or some strawbarry zest to it. yay

Woh, thats alot of butter! But im in love with butter,so thats not a problem ^-^ ♥☺Tee-Hee☺♥ im also in love with ♥Chocolate.♥ I'm a Choco-haulic!
