Hmmmm. Well, here are some ideas for Joker-ish names that I came up with (depending on what you want, of course, and what's already been taken):
Joe Kerr (or similar variation of "Joker," heh heh)
Always Smiling
Now I'm Always Smiling
The Funny Side
My Father Was a Drinker
Wanna Know How I Got These Scars (you'd probably have to find some way to shorten this one, though, for sure)

Bozo Unmasked (If you want to get a little esoteric)

Purple Pinstripes (or Mr. Purple Pinstripes)
The Man Who Wore Purple
Well Hello Beautiful

I thought of another two:
Harlequin of Hate (an older nickname for the Joker)
Harlequin of Hell (this version is from the continuity where a crazy cop dresses up like Batman and shoots Joker in the face, resulting in extensive surgery being needed to ensure his survival. The operation works, but it also resulted in a permanent grin on Joker's face, making it hard for for him to talk. He changes 'Hate' to 'Hell', because he now thinks that Batman is now willing to kill him, and that he must also up the ante in his fights against him.)
